Piatra Mare – tura de o zi

A trecut cam o saptamana de cand am scris ultima oara, din pacate, cam atata imi permite timpul. Asa ca povestesc un pic din urma. Acum o saptamana (weekend-ul trecut mai precis) am fost intr-o tura de o zi in Muntii Piatra Mare. O minunatie. Mai ales Canionul “7 Scari”. Dar sa le iau pe rand. Duminica, la 4 trezirea. Facut dus, facut vreo 6 sendvisuri (da, mananc mult ), suit in masina surioarei mele dragi (pe care tocmai o spalasem in seara dinainte – de prisos sa spun ca a fost facuta varza pana la intoarcere ), luat pe Marius din Drumul Taberei. Nebunia domeniilor din Muntenegru

Pentru cei care inca nu au aflat pe data de 17 iulie s-au deschis inregistrarile pentru un nou ccTLD (country-code Top Level Domain) si anume .me, indicativul tarii Muntenegru. E lipsit de sens sa precizez ce bine “se confunda” indicativul acestei tarii cu pronumele englezesc. Domenii ca forgive.me, touch.me, etc. ar fi fost ideale sa le ai Luati-le cat inca sunt calde. Python – String Interpolation

As I stated in my previous article, I’ve started a new Internship where the scripting language of choice is Python. The learning curve for this scripting language is very lean if you have in background at least one dynamic typed language (as Perl, PHP, etc.) and if not, you will be amazed how fast things can be done in one of these languages. Lenovo (former-former-former-IBM) – or why they should be ashame

As I have started my internship last week I have received a brand new Lenovo notebook. We all know how great IBM’s and Lenovo notebooks are. At least until now, because with the lunch of their new IdeaPad Series they managed to blow it – big time. I personally own a ThinkPad T61 and you can not even compare with the new IdeaPad Series. I know that the series differ from their target users – but still, there is a big difference. Si daca tot am inceput sa scriu, hai sa scriu. A venit vara si in loc sa ma calmez si eu dupa o jumatate de an destul de agitata (proiect de e-commerce mare – poate am sa va povestesc retroactiv candva despre el; sesiunsi stesante – tot n-am scapat fara 3 restante ca si in primul an de altfel, macar sunt constant; certificarea de programator PHP de la Zend luata cu succes pe 4 aprilie; si alte lucruri mai marunte), am decis sa ma inscriu si eu la programele de internship care au facut atatea valuri anul asta – cel putin la noi in facultate. Si uite ca am intrat si eu in rand cu lumea si mi-am tras blog Cu toate ca de mult vroiam sa fac lucrul asta niciodata nu am avut vointa si tragerea de inima intr-atat de mare incat sa ma apuc de scris. Nu stiu de ce, niciodata nu a fost punctul meu forte. Mi se pare cam o pierdere de vreme sa fac lucrul asta, dar, sa zicem, ca au fost cateva momente relativ recente in care m-am gandit ca m-ar fi ajutat sa am ceva scris.
